Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Damages & Issues If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong — contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges Return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds Once return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
